Mugoye & Associates Advocates has a reputation as one of the competitive law firms in the country. International and crossborder work forms an important part of our practice.

The firm was established in the year 2006 and we are based at View Park Towers, Utalii Lane/Monrovia street, Nairobi Kenya. In 2012, Mugoye & Associates Advocates opened its Branch in Siaya within the Central Business District, Siaya County. As of January 2014, the firm had a proficient and competitive professional team that handles two departments namely; Corporate Department and Litigation Departments respectively. A number of trainees and paralegal staff make up our firm fully compliant. It is the synergy created by the Managing Partner that has seen the firm grow rapidly to enable us become the law firm we are today.

Our clients are private and public companies in all sectors of the economy from Kenya and abroad. We offer advice on business law, corporate finance, financial services, banking and shipping to mention but a few.

To meet the expectations of our clients, we have arranged our practice so as to provide tailor made professional services, when needed. With the enactment of the Constitution in 2010 devolution being an integral part of the new system of government. As if we saw it coming, the firm had positioned itself with a branch in Siaya that facilitates service delivery to our clients in the South Rift Valley and Western Region.
